Novelty cakes are made to a traditional maderia sponge recipe.

For celebration cakes, traditional fruit and carrot cakes are also available.
Cupcakes can be boxed for collection, presented on a cake board with a piped message of your choice or individualy wrapped in cellophane presentation bags tied with ribbon - ideal for party bags.
Christmas Cakes
Orders will be confirmed in writing by Cakes by Charley. A deposit of £20 is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Cakes will be hand-made to order and therefore designs may vary slightly.
Pricing
Novelty cakes are generally priced between £40 and £70.
Sponge celebration cakes start at £35 for a single tier and £70 for two tiers.
Rich fruit celebration cakes start at £60 for a single tier and £120 for two tiers.
Cupcakes start at £1.30 each. Minimum batch 12.
Orders
Cakes by Charley usually requires a minimum of 3 weeks notice for orders, although we strongly recommend you contact us 6—8 weeks before your cake is required.
Deposits
A deposit of £20 (for orders under £100) or 20% (for orders over £100) is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
Collection / Delivery
Orders will be available for collection on time and date agreed. Delivery of orders may be possible by prior arrangement only. Delivery is chargeable.

The Hampshire Food Group 'Safe to Eat' (www.safe2eat.com) system is designed to provide the public with information about the Hygiene Standards at Food Premises throughout Hampshire.
